During our Customer Journey Mapping session we worked with the management team at Boxed Events, dedicating a day to meticulously map out their existing customer journey.

During this collaborative effort, we identified key touchpoints and interactions throughout the customer journey, examined pain points and bottlenecks, and worked together to carve out Boxed Events' unique value proposition.

Through this intensive process, we gained valuable insights into the customer experience, enabling us to develop targeted strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business success.

  • Analysis and recommendations: We compiled a comprehensive report detailing the findings from the customer journey mapping day. This report highlighted key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within the customer journey.

  • Enhancement suggestions: In addition to identifying areas for enhancement, we provided actionable recommendations aimed at optimising each stage of the customer journey. This included implementing feedback loops to gather valuable insights from customers, developing quality score documents to measure and maintain service excellence, and advocating for regular re-mapping to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving customer needs and market trends.
