Can i work with you if i have an in house team?

Absolutely! In all of the services I offer I am here to add to and not replace. I love working with in house teams to help them understand customer journey and how they can contribute to achieving the business objectives. I can help you get buy-in on new processes and procedures, run team training and write standard operating procedures.

How much does it cost?

Do you offer any done for your services?

I want you to feel confident in the elements of your customer journey so i have designed this service for us to work through together. Within our discovery call we can discuss what areas you really dislike doing and if there are any tasks you would like on a done for you basis. I also offer full service project and venue management services.
