Our goal was to implement a robust rental management system (RMS) that would optimise operations, reduce administrative workload, and improve the overall client experience.
Implementation of RW Elephant.
After assessing the business’s needs, we selected RW Elephant as the ideal rental management system due to its comprehensive inventory tracking, detailed internal documents and seamless integration capabilities.
We handled the full setup of RW Elephant, including uploading and categorising the entire inventory.
The new system provided real-time inventory management, a product feed integration for the website and ensuring an accurate reflection of available decor items.
Process documentation & workflow development.
We mapped out all key operational processes, from initial client enquiries to event execution and post-event follow-ups. Using this information, we developed workflows to streamline daily tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency, and to aid in the onboarding of additional team members as the business grows.
Alongside this we also created training guides for RW Elephant.
